1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of the items ordered. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

  • White Glove Delivery (7–14 business days) – Includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and basic assembly

  • Free Shipping on orders over $[Threshold], within the continental U.S.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.


5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your furniture, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Delivery Appointments

For large items or White Glove Delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee.
